today the upcoming availability of
Powertrak V8 for Microsoft
Dynamics CRM 3.0. This release of the award-winning CRM/PRM system features new
modules and an enterprise Partner Relationship Management suite that takes
advantage of the latest Microsoft technologies. The new Powersphere PRM suite
extends Axonom's position as the leading enterprise-level solution provider for
high-tech multi-channel businesses. Also, the suite provides built-in process
control, tracking tools and wireless technologies to enable real-time
interaction management for channel-driven companies. Axonom will roll out the
PRM solutions through specially trained Platinum-certified partners who have
vertical services expertise and are certified on a broad base of both Microsoft
and Powertrak technologies.
The
Powertrak Powersphere Suite features rules-based wizards
for intranet and extranet users, with pre-configured workflow-activated
business processes to keep transaction costs down. And, the solution runs in
all popular web browsers, with optional support for multiple languages.
Powersphere users will also benefit from the new
Powertrak Knowledge
Manager module, which provides integrated document management,
active publishing and one-stop access to structured and unstructured data. For
the mobile user, the new
Powertrak Power Pal® provides remote
users a new level of freedom with simple activity and contact management
through their PDAs, browser-enabled cell phones, and virtually any device that
can interact with Microsoft Exchange, - no more need for a laptop computer
while traveling.

features include built-in best practices to simplify interactions with partners
and customers. Powertrak Advanced Marketing is also integrated with the new
Microsoft CRM Marketing module to ensure seamless utilization.
